Hi Ulrik and fellow community members, really looking forward to learning more in this community and seek insight as we plan our pricing strategy going forward. I was recommended the course by my CEO as your book was pivotal in mapping out our new pricing structure. I’m fairly new to the company and joining at a time as we transition into a pure SaaS based pricing model, having previously worked in a large multi-national Edtech SaaS company.

Sebastian Pister Aug '24 I recommend using the requirements coming from Enterprise prospects/customers to develop the enterprise tier. In our case, it´s topics like 24/7 support, high availability, advanced escalations, advanced statistics/reports, etc.

With that, it´s also pretty easy to communicate the value because they already stated upfront their requirements and why they need it, aka benefit.
