How do you recommend gaining pricing insight from customer personas who are averse to talking about pricing directly (E.g. always shoot for the bottom in surveys, do not want to discuss face-to-face)
In B2B, the best pricing insights come from talking about value, not pricing. Value is the Result of solving problems. Learn about their problems. Learn about the KPIs they are trying to improve. Then, use business acumen to help determine how much incremental they will make. Incremental profit is highly correlated with willingness to pay.
