Interesting news on this front. Salesforce just made some updates to Agentforce, including:

  1. Flexible Credits to allow customers to control costs and define the r exact actions they want to pay for.
  2. Flexible Agreements to shift investment between user licenses and agents as needed.
  3. New user licenses that include Agentforce usage.
