I’m Emiliano, joining from Buenos Aires, Argentina. It’s great to be here
For the past 15+ years, I’ve worked across Product, Growth, and Marketing roles — including Head of Product, Head of Growth, and CMO — mainly in SaaS and subscription-based businesses. Alongside that, I’ve also been a university professor for over 15 years, teaching strategy and communication. That teaching experience has shaped how I think: I believe the best insights come when we share and question what we’re doing — not just what worked.
Pricing became a central theme in my work — often challenging, but always fascinating. I never followed a standard framework; instead, I developed my own approach around five core principles:
- Value Perception – Pricing should always reflect what users see as essential. Without that clarity, price loses meaning.
- Continuous Testing – Pricing is not a one-time decision. Every experiment reveals something new.
- Growth Lever – When done right, pricing can be one of the strongest growth drivers.
- Customization – Not every customer sees the same value. Segmentation helps align price with what each group truly gets.
- Persistence – Pricing is never static. It needs to evolve as your product, market, and users evolve.
I joined this community to bring more structure and depth to how I approach pricing — and to learn from people who are doing this thoughtfully and systematically.
